Southside Charcuterie Co. was born in the Sutherland Shire, inspired by a love of entertaining, beautiful food and good company.
I've always been drawn to creating, hosting, and styling food that not only looks amazing but also leaves you wanting more. As a busy mum and having worked in the corporate world, I also understand the reality of hosting - wanting something that has that wow factor, but without the stress, time, or last-minute chaos.
My love of cheese naturally led me into the world of charcuterie, where I focus on premium, fresh ingredients and thoughtful styling that feels elevated yet inviting.
As someone who is anaphylactic to nuts, i'm very conscious of food safety and dietary requirements. It was important to me to create something where people feel safe, included, and able to enjoy the experience with confidence.
At it's heart, Southside Charcuterie Co. is about making entertaining feel effortless for the host, and unforgettable for the guests - the kind of experience people talk about long after the tables have been cleared.
